WINEOSOPHY

My approach to wine buying has always been to find the highest quality without pandering to ratings or current trends. Of greatest importance are value, drinkability, and compatibility with our menu. I’ve never been fond of heavy handed, in your face, high alcohol wines and tend to prefer balance and food friendliness, so that is what you’ll find on my list.
